Henry Woods

Henry joined MAPA studying ballet at 11. He soon started modern, tap and body conditioning until he left at 18 to study at Ballet West, Scotland. At 21 he graduated with a Foundation Degree in Dance and a BA (Hons) in Ballet.

Henry is now working with the Canyon Concert Ballet in Colorado as an Artistic Associate. His credits include the Cavalier Prince and Snow King in The Nutcracker, Van Helsing in Dracula, and multiple lead roles in ballets such as Swan Lake, The Wizard of Oz, and new contemporary works under various choreographers. Henry has also undertaken teaching roles internationally, and is now working as a Senior Teacher within the Canyon Concert Ballet School, along with currently coaching several young dancers in their YAGP training.
