BalletBeFit (Starting 11th June)
BalletBeFit is a dance inspired, body-toning workout combining core holds and cardio. Employing proven techniques from the world of ballet, this immensely enjoyable and strangely addictive fitness programme promotes flexibility, improves posture and enhances muscle tone.
