Vanda Morgan

Vanda began her career in theatre and dance at the age of three, training with the Mannering School of Dancing and later with Miss Ruth French in London and at the Bush Davies Schools.

The Vanda Stage school opened in 1974 and was later renamed the Morgan Academy of Performing Arts and is now in its 47th year.

Vanda is well known for her enthusiasm and is totally dedicated to the care and progress of her pupils and students.  The school is also renowned for producing “talented, confident and well disciplined” students for their chosen careers. 

Vanda is also a Director/Choreographer, with such credits as The Mikado at the Ashcroft Theatre, Croydon and London City Opera's UK Tour of Die Fledermaus to her name. She has also choreographed charity shows at Her Majesty's Theatre and Sadlers Wells and has Directed for all the local societies in the Essex region. 

Other credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hello Dolly!, West Side Story & Les Miserables. All of which she both Directed and Choreographed under the umbrella of MAPA Youth Productions.
